I have been a resident of Clinton Township in Hunterdon County for the past 23 years. I selected the area when I was transferred here from Southern California in 1986. The area had a particular appeal because of the sense of community and village atmosphere, which are reminiscent of the area in Southern Illinois where I grew up.
I moved to the East Coast in 1972 and have lived in New York City, Long Island, Washington DC and with the exception of one year in California, I now consider myself a north easterner.
